Ann Arbor, MI Interior Services

There are no better interior House Painters in Ann Arbor MI than us! Our attention to detail is impeccable and we are clean. Painting is all about preparation and doing it correctly. To give you a great paint job, we don’t take shortcuts and we know the right steps to take. Calling us to paint your interior will be a good decision.

We typically paint the interior of a home in the following ways:

We can paint walls, ceilings, bathrooms, trim, windows, doors, closets, cabinets, crown moldings, baseboards, wainscoting, chair rails, picture frame moldings, two-story areas, large great rooms and foyers, kitchens, and any other room at your house or business.

Keeping Your Home Safe

If you need a painter for a day or for several days, our team will always cover and protect the furniture and floors, and we will remove and replace any hardware. Cover plates, window latches, curtain rods, and switch plates are included in this category. Hardware such as doorknobs, thermostats, and alarm systems will not be removed.

How to protect your home

No matter how long your interior home painting project takes, our painters will protect all furniture and floors, and all hardware will be removed and reinstalled after the job is complete. Window latches, switch plates, cover plates, curtain rods, and window rods are included. Hardware such as doorknobs, thermostats, and alarm systems will not be removed.

Wall Preparation

Your walls will be patched and filled before painting. Please let us know about any wall or ceiling cracks at the time of your estimate, and we will make sure they are repaired. As for your walls and ceilings, we use a variety of products to repair them: light spackle for tiny holes and repairs, joint compound, mesh tape for cracks, and durabond for heavy duty repairs such as those on plaster or those that just won’t keep fixed!

A proper paint adhesion depends on sanding and/or cleaning of gloss surfaces and trim. Stain blocking primer will be applied to water-based and tannin-based wood stains. The wood trim on your walls and along wall/trim interfaces will be caulked.

Your walls need to be painted

Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams are both brands we use. We can discuss the differences between paint brands, paint colors, and what sheens to put where when we come to look at your home for an estimate. You can make any room feel fresh and new with a new coat of paint!

Keeping things tidy

At the end of every day, we will clean up and vacuum the work areas, and we will remove any debris. We will label and leave unused paint on the job site as soon as the job is completed.
